What Working Together Looks Like

Every engagement is unique, but the process begins the same way.

1. Understand

We begin by discussing your goals, current challenges, organizational context, and the outcomes you’re trying to achieve.

2. Explore

Together, we’ll identify opportunities, assumptions, constraints, and possible paths forward. Sometimes the most valuable discovery is redefining the problem itself.

3. Create

Whether the outcome is a product strategy, research initiative, service blueprint, workshop, roadmap, mentoring engagement, or long-term partnership, we’ll build an approach that fits your organization’s needs.

Before You Reach Out

If possible, include a few details to help me better understand your situation:

  • A brief description of your organization
  • The challenge you’re trying to solve
  • Desired timeline
  • Team size
  • Current stage of the project
  • Any relevant links or supporting documentation

Don’t worry if everything isn’t fully defined.

Some of the most successful engagements begin with uncertainty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

I’m based in Wisconsin and work remotely with organizations throughout the United States. Travel is available for workshops, discovery sessions, executive facilitation, and strategic engagements when appropriate.

Are you available for contract work?

Yes. I work with organizations through short-term consulting engagements, embedded contract roles, fractional leadership, and longer strategic partnerships.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Many consulting engagements, mentoring sessions, workshops, and executive advisory services can be delivered remotely.

Do you sign NDAs?

Absolutely.

Much of my professional work has been performed under confidentiality agreements. I understand the importance of protecting sensitive business information and intellectual property.

Can you help before a project officially starts?

Yes.

In fact, many organizations bring me in during the earliest stages of planning to help define the problem, align stakeholders, identify opportunities, and establish a clear strategic direction before design or development begins.

Good Conversations Start with Good Questions

You don’t need a fully defined project before reaching out.

Some of the most valuable engagements begin with a conversation about uncertainty.

If you’re trying to better understand a problem, align your team, explore a new opportunity, strengthen your organization, or simply gain an outside perspective, I’d be happy to talk.

Sometimes asking the right question is the most important step forward.
